Giuseppe “Joey” Arcari is the Principal Owner and President of Broadway Hospitality Group, where he oversees the strategic growth and financial direction of a portfolio of nineteen restaurants, including fifteen Tavern in the Square locations, The Broadway, The Playwright, Tavitas, and The Mercantile. With more than two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Joey has built and scaled brands rooted in operational excellence, strong leadership, and long-term vision.
An immigrant from Dublin, Ireland, Joey came to the United States in pursuit of opportunity and has built his career around that same entrepreneurial drive. His leadership extends across every phase of development—from site selection and lease negotiations to design, construction, and financing. His hands-on approach has been instrumental in expanding Tavern in the Square into a recognized and enduring regional brand.
In parallel with his hospitality ventures, Joey has spent nearly a decade actively investing in and developing commercial real estate. His portfolio reflects a focus on strategic growth and community enhancement, with an emphasis on residential and mixed-use projects that contribute to the long-term vitality of the neighborhoods in which they are built.
Joey resides in Brookline with his wife, Andrea, and their children, Annabelle and Gray.
Andrea Arcari serves as Director of Leasing and Sales for Monarc Development, overseeing all residential rentals and sales across the company’s growing portfolio. With a diverse background spanning business, healthcare, and law, she brings a strategic and highly analytical approach to every transaction.
Andrea earned her business degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, before attending the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she became a Registered Nurse. She later completed her legal education at Northeastern University in Boston and became an attorney in 2025. Since 2027, she has practiced as a real estate attorney, having established her own real estate law practice prior to expanding into brokerage.
Her combined experience in legal structuring, negotiations, and client representation allows her to guide both landlords and buyers through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. At Monarc Development, Andrea leads leasing strategy, sales execution, and portfolio positioning, ensuring each residence is thoughtfully presented and aligned with market demand.
In addition to her role in real estate, Andrea is also the owner of The Self CenteRx, reflecting her entrepreneurial drive and commitment to building high-quality, service-oriented businesses.
Devin Kinney serves as Vice President of Construction at Monarc, bringing over 22 years of experience in residential development and construction. He leads all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction planning and permitting through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Over the course of his career, Devin has overseen the development and construction of more than 1,700 residential units, totaling over 2 million square feet and exceeding $350 million in construction costs. He has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, combining deep industry knowledge with a hands-on leadership approach.
In his role, Devin oversees project teams, strengthens relationships with all project stakeholders, and drives operational efficiencies that support consistent, high-quality outcomes. Known for his strategic mindset and attention to detail, he excels in construction management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
Devin’s collaborative leadership style fosters accountability and strong team performance, contributing to Monarc’s continued growth and reputation for excellence in mixed use residential development. He remains committed to innovation and continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends to deliver exceptional results and long-term value.
